Aloo Chana Chaat is a popular Pakistani and Indian street food snack. It is a combination of protein Chickpeas, Complex Carbohydrates from Potatoes, and Fiber from the Onion and other Sauces make Aloo Chana Chaat a nutritious food.
There are many recipes of Aloo Chana Chaat but I will share a delicious and quick recipe of Aloo Chana Chaat. Follow all the steps.
INGREDIENTS
1. 300 gram Potatoes
2. 500 gram Chickpeas
3. 2 Tomatoes
4. 1 medium size Onion
5. 3-4 Green Chilies
6. Fresh Coriander
7. 1/4 teaspoon Black Salt
8. 1.5 teaspoon Chaat Masala
9. 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
10. 1 teaspoon Salt
11. 50 gram Tamarind pulp
12. 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
13. 3-4 table spoon Yogurt
RECIPE
1. Boil Potatoes and peel off them. Cut into small pieces and add into a mixing bowl.
2. Soak the chickpeas overnight and boil them in the morning. Strain the water and mix them with boiled potatoes.
3. Take two medium tomatoes, remove the seeds of them and chop into small pieces. Now add these tomatoes to the mixing bowl too.
👉 You can increase or decrease the tomatoes as per your preference.
4. Chop the Onion and add it into the mixture.
5. Now add Chopped Green Chilies to it and also add chopped Fresh Coriander to it.
👉 You can increase or decrease the Green Chilies and Fresh Coriander as per your preference.
6. Add Chaat Masala, Black Salt, Red Chili Flakes, and Salt to it.
7. Soak tamarind in half a cup of lukewarm water for 20 to 25 minutes and then use its water. Remove the tamarind seeds.
👉Here you can also add more chaat masala and Green Chilies to it.
9. Add yogurt over it. serve to your family and enjoy.
