Chicken Koila Karahi is a delicious and spicy Pakistani food. It is made with Chicken, Koila and some other spices.
There are many recipes of Chicken Koila Karahi but here I will share an authentic and easy recipe with You. Follow all the steps.
INGREDIENTS
1. Chicken with bone 1 kg
2. Cooking Oil 2 Cups
3. Tomatoes 1/2 kg
4. 8-10 Garlic Cloves
5. 1 teaspoon Salt
6. 2 table spoon Ginger Paste
7. 5-6 Green Chilies
8. 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
9. 1 table spoon Coriander Powder
10. 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
11. 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
12. 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
13. 1/4 teaspoon White Pepper Powder
14. Garam Masala Powder
15. Black Pepper Powder
16. 2-3 table spoon Water
17. Coals (koila)
RECIPE
1. Add a pinch of Oil in a grinder and add Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilies to it. Grind well to make a smooth paste.
2. Add 1/2 teaspoon Cooking Oil in a Pan cover and heat it on Coals.
3. Now add Chicken to it and cook for 7-8 minutes.
4. Add Ginger Garlic paste and continue cook for 2-4 minutes.
5. Cut the Tomatoes In half and add, then cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
6. After this remove the peel of Tomatoes and mash them with the help of spoon.
7. Now add Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Seeds, Red Chili Flakes, Coriander Powder, Salt, White Pepper Powder and Water to it and Cook well.
8. Add Garam masala and Black Pepper Powder and cook for 1 minute.
9. Cover and switch off the flame for 1 minute.
10. Dish it out in a bowl and garnish with green chilies and Fresh Coriander.
Delicious Koila Karahi is ready to eat.
