Chicken Manchow Soup is a spicy, flavorful and delicious Chinese Soup made with chicken, vegetables and some other spices.
It is also popular in Pakistan, India, Southeast, East Asia, USA and UK.
There are so many recipes of Chicken Manchow Soup but here I will share an easy and unique recipe. Follow all the steps.
INGREDIENTS
1. 1 liter Cooking Oil
2. 1 table spoon Garlic Paste
3. 1/2 table spoon Ginger Paste
4. 250 gram Chicken Cubes(chest piece)
5. 1/2 table spoon Salt
6. 4 Cup Water
7. 2 table spoon Chopped Capsicum(without seeds)
8. 5 table spoon Chopped Cabbage
9. 2 table spoon Chopped Carrots
10. 1/2 cup Noodles
11. 1/2 table spoon Chicken Powder
12. 3 table spoon Chopped Mushroom
13. 1 teaspoon Sugar
14. 1 Egg
15. 1/4 teaspoon White pepper
16. 1 table spoon Light Soya sauce
17. 1/2 table spoon Dark Soya sauce
18. 1 table spoon Corn Flour
19. 3-5 Chopped Green Chilies
RECIPE
1. Take a Pan and add 3 table spoon Cooking Oil to it.
2. Now add chicken and Salt. Cook until it's change the color.
3. Add water and bring it to boil.
4. Now add Carrot Cabbage and Capsicum and cook them for 2-4 mins on high flame.
5. Add White Pepper Powder, Sugar, Chicken Powder and Mushrooms, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
6. Add white vinegar, dark soya sauce, and light soya sauce. Cook it for 1 min.
7. Now Gradually add slurry and cook until it thickens or for 1 minute.
8. Add egg on low flame. After 1 min stir the spoon.
9. Take another pan and add cooking oil and heat it. Add boiled noodles and deep fry them until they change the color.
10. Add fried noodles over it and dish out the soup in a bowl.
11. Serve and enjoy the delicious Chicken Manchow Soup.
