Best Tandoori Chowmein

 Chowmein is a popular chines stir-fry dish made with different vegetables and noodles with the combination of some other spices. It is a quick cooked savory, slightly and sweet dish often served as a main course of snacks. Chowmein can be customized with various ingredients and spices to suit different tastes and regional flavors. 



Chowmein is also popular in Pakistan, India, East Asia, united States, Canada and Australia. Chowmein is a good source of  Vitamins and mineral because it contains Vegetables.

There are so many recipes of Chowmein but Here I will share my easy and unique recipe with you. Follow all the steps.


INGREDIENTS


1. 250 gram Spaghetti




2. 7 table spoon Cooking Oil


3. 1 table spoon Garlic Paste


4. 1 table spoon Ginger Paste


5. 1 table spoon Salt


6. 1 Big Size Onion


7. 2-3 Green Chilies


8. 2 Carrots


9. 1 Capsicum



10. Spring Onion (hara Piyaz)


11. Cabbage


12. 1 and 1/2 table spoon Chili Sauce


13. 1 and 1/2 table spoon Soya Sauce




14. 2 table spoon Tomato Ketchup


15. 2 table spoon Vinegar




16. 1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce


17. 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder


18. Butter


RECIPE


1. Add Water and Salt  in a pot and bring it to a boil. Then add Spaghettis to it.



2. Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add 2 table spoon Cooking Oil and gently stir it. 


3. Cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring the spoon for every 3 minutes. 


4. After 10 minutes turn off the flame and strain the Spaghettis. Pour cold or normal water over the Spaghettis and set aside for 2-3 minutes.



5. Pour a little Oil on Spaghettis so it won't stick together.


6. Put 5 table spoon Cooking Oil in a pan and heat it on medium-high flame. Add Garlic Paste and Ginger Paste. Immediately add Sliced Onion and Green Chilies (cut in ring shape). 




7. Cut Carrots, Capsicum, Spring Onion ( add its white part) and Cabbage into julienne and add them into the pan. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.




8. Now add Spaghetti and mix them well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.


9. Add Soya Sauce, Vinegar, Chili Sauce,  Tomato Ketch up, Oyster Sauce, Salt and Black pepper powder. 




10. Heat a piece of Coal and and place it in the bowl. Add a drop of Oil to it and immediately cover with the lid. Cook for 4 minutes.



11. Delicious Tandoori Chowmein is ready to eat. Serve and enjoy.
