Creamy Shahi Tukra

Creamy Shahi Tukra is a rich flavor dessert. Shahi Tukra is a versatile dessert that has spread across regions, adapting their own ingredients and taste. This is a popular Pakistani, Indian and South Asian dish.



There are many different recipes of Shahi Tukra but Here I will share my Unique and delicious recipe with you. I hope this recipe forces your host to appreciate you.


INGREDIENTS


1. 8 Bread Slices


2. Cooking Oil/ Butter 


3. 1/2 Cup Sugar


4. 1/2 Cup Milk


5. 1 Pack of Tetra Cream


6. 2 table spoon Condense Milk


7.  1 table spoon Icing Sugar


8. 1/4 teaspoon Green Cardamom Powder


9. 1 table spoon Vanilla Custard Powder


10. 1 table spoon Corn Flour


11. A pinch of Saffron


12. Almonds & Pistachio for garnishing


RECIPE


1. Take a pan and add cooking Oil to it. Turn on the flame and heat the Oil.


2. Remove the brown part or sides of bread and add into the pan. Fry on medium flame until it turns light brown.


3. Take a bowl and add tetra Cream, Condense Milk and icing sugar. Mix everything well. 


4. Now apply this mixture on one side of the bread and place the other slice on top of it. Similarly make all other bread slices.


5. Add milk and sugar in a wok and bring to a boil. 


6. Now add Saffron and cook until milk starts boiling.


7. Add Milk, Corn Flour, Green Cardamom and Vanilla Custard Powder in a bowl and mix them well.


8. Add this mixture to the boiling milk and continuously stir the spoon and  Cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame.


9. Now take a serving tray and place the fried bread in it. Then add prepared milk on it.


10. Garnish with Almonds and Pistachio and leave to cool on room temperature.
