White Sauce Pasta

Creamy Pasta is a delicious dish in which Pasta is coated in a rich velvety sauce which is made by cheese , cream and flour. 




Creamy Pasta is popular in many countries, but Italy is more prominent country. 

Fettuccine Alfredo and Carbonara are the classical examples. Creamy Pasta is also popular in France, America as well as in Pakistan and India.

There are many recipes of Creamy Pasta but here I will share my unique and special recipe with you.  So follow all the steps.


 INGREDIENTS

1. Pasta 400 Gram




2. Corn 100 Gram



3. Cooking Oil 7-8 table spoon


4. Garlic Paste 2 table spoon


5. One Large size Onion




6. One large size Carrot




7. One medium size Capsicum




8. 1/2 table spoon Black pepper


9. 1/2 table spoon Salt


INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE


1. 100 Gram Butter



2. 4-5 table spoon All Purpose Flour


3. Milk 1 kg


4. 1/2 tale spoon Salt


5. 1/2 table spoon Black pepper


6. 2-3 table spoon Oil


7. Chili Flakes 1 table spoon 


8. Cheddar Cheese 100 Gram


9. 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper


RECIPE


1. Soak the corns for 2-3 hours in baking soda before boiling then  Take a pan and add water, 1/2 table spoon Salt and Corns to it. Turn on the flame and let it boil.




2. Take another pan and also add water, Salt and 2 table spoon Oil to it.


3. Turn on the Flame and when the water boils add Pasta to it and let it cook for 5-6 minutes.




4. When the Pasta becomes 95 % cooked, strain it and pour cold water to it. Keep it aside. 




5. Now take another pan and add 5-6 table spoon Oil to it. 


6. Heat the Oil and add Garlic paste to it. Saute for 2-3 minutes and then add chopped Onion to it. 




7. Cut the Carrot into cubes and add to it. 




8. Add chopped capsicum and boiled Corns to it and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.




9.  Add 1/2 table spoon Black pepper powder and 1/2 table spoon Salt to it. 


10. Again cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame and then turn off the flame.


11. Now take a pan and add 100 gram butter to it. Turn on the flame and heat should be medium.



12. Add 3-4 table spoon Oil to it. 


👉 Because if we do not add Oil to it and cook only in butter then it color will turns to black.


13. When butter becomes melted then reduce the flame to very low.


14. Add 5 table spoon All Purpose Flour to it and fry it well for 2-3 minutes.




15. Now add 750 grams milk to it and mix it well so it does not gets lumpy inside.


16. Keep stirring and cook for 2-3 minutes. 


👉 Put a large spoon on the sauce and if the reverse side of the spoon becomes completely covered with the sauce, then the sauce is ready.  




17. Add 1 table spoon black pepper powder and 1/2 table spoon Salt and 1/2 teaspoon white pepper to it. 


18. Now add the fried vegetables and boiled Pasta into this sauce and mix them well. At this time add 25 gram milk and cheese to it and again mix it well and cook for 1-2 minutes. 



👉 Delicious Creamy Pasta is ready to eat. Enjoy.
