Preparation recipe

1. Wash the Potato. Cabbage and Onion well and cut it into thin and small slices.

2. Then finely chop the spinach.

3. Then add salt, pepper, sweet soda, crushed pomegranate seeds, dried coriander, then add green onion, coriander, mint and green chilies chopped finely.

4. Beat the besan and add it and then mix it by adding water little by little.

NOTE

The amount of water should not be so much that the prepared spice becomes thin and not so little that the spice becomes too hard.

5. If the besan vegetables are equal to half a kilo, add a medium spoon of lukewarm ghee to them.

6. Now fry the sesame seeds in oil or ghee on medium heat.

7. Then mix the spices of the pakoras well by hand or with the help of a spoon.

NOTE

While frying the pakoras, make sure that the oil or ghee is very hot, flame should be high at first, then low. This will soften the vegetable.
