Charsi Mutton Karahi is a popular Pakistani dish known as its Rich, delicious and spicy flavor. The tender Mutton pieces are cooked with tomatoes, salt and some other ingredients.
Charsi Mutton Karahi is often served with Naan. There are many recipes of Charsi Mutton Karahi, but here I will share my unique recipe with you. Follow all the steps.
INGREDIENTS
1. Ghee 1 and half Cup
2. Mutton 2 kg
3. Ginger Garlic Paste 2 table spoon
4. 6 Medium Size Tomatoes
5. 1-2 table spoon Salt
6. 5-6 Green Chilies
7. 1/2 table spoon roughly Ground Black pepper
RECIPE
1. Take a pan or a pressure cooker and add Ghee/Oil into it.
2. Let the Ghee heat up.
3. Add Mutton and Ginger Garlic Paste to the Ghee.
4. Fry on high flame for 4-5 minutes so that the Mutton changes its color.
5. After roasting well, add a cup of water and Tomatoes to it.
6. Cover it and leave it to cook for 15 minutes. 3 minutes before the whistle and 12 minutes after the whistle.
👉 If you cook in A pan then use 2 glass of water and cook for 40 minutes on medium flame.
7. After 15 minutes remove the cover and cook again on high flame to dries up the water.
8. Remove the skins of Tomatoes as well because they do not look good to eat.
9. When the water dries up start roasting for 3-4 minutes by adding Salt and chopped Green Chilies.
10. Now add black pepper to it and turn off the flame.
11. Take a Wok (Karahi) and serve it without adding Fresh Coriander or any other spices. Because it is cooked in Salt and black pepper only.
