Afghani Gosht Recipe

Afghani Gosht is a traditional Afghani dish. It is made by tender Beef with some other ingredients. It is a less spicy and super tasty dish. 




There are many recipes of Afghani Gosht but here I will share my unique and easy recipe.

Follow all the steps.


INGREDIENTS 


1. 1 cup Oil


2. 1 kg Beef




3. 4-5 Green Chilies


4. 2 table spoon Ginger Garlic Paste


5. 4 medium size Tomatoes


6. 1 table spoon Salt or as per taste


7. 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder 


8. 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder 


9. 1/2 Cup Fried Onion




10. 3 table spoon Yogurt


11. 1/2 teaspoon Roughly Ground Black Pepper


Recipe

 

1. Put Oil in the Pressure Cooker and turn on the flame.


2. Add Beef to it and cook for 7-8 minutes until it changes it's color.




3. Add one glass of water to it and cover the pressure cooker for 12 minutes. 3 minutes before whistle and 9 minutes after whistle.


👉 If you are cooking in a Pan then use 1 liter water and cook for 40 minutes.


4. After 12 minutes remove the cover and add chopped Green Chilies, Ginger Garlic Paste and chopped tomatoes to it


5. Cook on high flame for 7-8 minutes until the water dries up.


6. Now add Salt, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, and fried Onions to it, and cook on high flame.


7. When it start farming bubbles on the top then add Yogurt to it. The flame should be very low while adding yogurt.




8. After adding yogurt cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.


9. Add ground black pepper to it and turn off the flame.


10. Take out in a serving bowl and garnish with Green Chilies.




11. Sooper tasty Afghani Gosht is ready to eat. Enjoy.
