Tomato Basil Bruschetta

Tomato Basil Bruschetta is a classic Italian topping of diced tomatoes. This is made from tomatoes, basil, vinegar, black pepper, garlic and salt. This is a fresh and light snack. 




Here I will share my easy, unique, and special  recipe with you.

Follow all the steps.


 Ingredients


1. 6 medium Tomato




2. 1/2 cup Fresh Basil Leaves




3. 4-5 cloves of Garlic




4. 2 table spoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil




5. 1 table spoon Balsamic Vinegar 




6. 1/2 teaspoon Salt


7. 1/3 teaspoon Black pepper


8. 1 large French Baguette 




9. 1/2 cup Cheese




Recipe


1. Remove the coarse and dice up all the tomatoes in very small pieces.




2. Transfer the tomatoes into a mixing bowl.


3. Stack the basil leaves and then roll them up and use a sharp knife to thinly  slice ribbons.




4. Add chopped basil into tomatoes. 


5. Finely chopped the Garlic.




6. Add about one Garlic Clove of chopped Garlic into three table spoon of extra virgin oil. 




7. Add the rest of chopped Garlic into Tomato mixture.  


8. Now add 2 table spoon of Oil into Tomato mixture.


9. Add Balsamic vinegar, Salt, and Black pepper. Stir that together to combine. 


10. Set aside to marinate for almost 20 minutes. 


11. Cut the French Baguette into half inch thick slices.




12. Now arrange the toast on a baking sheet.


13. The olive oil which we infused in chopped Garlic, we will brush that oil into both sides of the toast. 




14. Now top the toast with Cheese. 




15. Bake for 5 minutes into oven on 400 fahrenheit.




16. Increase the heat for 2 minutes or until Golden brown. 


17. Now pile it high with the tomato mixture and drizzle it with some drops of olive oil. 




18. Very tasty, Crispy and cheesy tomato basil bruschetta is ready to eat.
