Mint Chutney

Green Mint chutney is a delicious chutney which is made from mint, green coriander and with some other ingredients.  Mint chutney can be eaten with samosas, pakoras, chicken, rice and different type of snacks. 


It is also very tasty to eat with Parathas. There are many recipes of Mint Chutnies, but here I share my unique and very tasty recipe. So follow all the steps below!


Ingredients


1. A bunch of Mint



2. A bunch of Green Coriander



3. 4-5 Green Chilies




4. 3-4 cloves of Garlic



5. Add an Onion of very small size




6. Ginger almost 1 table spoon




7.  3-4 table spoon Chickpea split ( channa Dal )



8. 1/2 table spoon Salt 


9. 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder


10. 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper


11. 1/4 teaspoon Black Salt


12. 1/2 Glass of Water


Recipe


1. First take a juicer jug.


2. After that add Coriander and Mint into it. 


3. Now add Green chilies and 3-4 cloves of Garlic.


4. Take a small sized onion and add half of it. This will gives the chutney a very delicious taste. 


5. Then add a little Ginger to it. 



6. Soak 3-4 table spoon of Chickpea split or Channa Dal in water  for 7-8 hours  and then add. 


7. Now add Salt, Cumin powder, Black Salt and Black pepper into it.


8. After adding all these ingredients add half glass of water to it. 


9. Run the juicer. 


10. Take it out in a bowl, the delicious green chutney is ready.  If you want you can add curd to it.
