Methi Thepla is a popular Indian gujarati flatbread. It is made by Fenugreek leaves (methi leaves) with some other ingredients.
There are many recipes of Methi Thepla but here I will share my unique and wonderful recipe, after trying this you will become master in making Methi Thepla.

1. First wash and clean the Methi Leaves well and then chop them finely.
2. You can reduce or increase the amount of Methi Leaves according to your taste. Here I am using One cup chopped Methi Leaves.
3. Now take a bowl and add Methi Leaves into it.
4. Add Salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, sesame (till), chopped green chilies, Asafoetida (hingg), ajwain and curd into it.
5. Now add 3 table spoon of Oil into it.
6. Mix them well.
7. After mixing it well add Flour to it.
8. Mix the spices well with the flour.
9. Now add water little by little and knead it well.
10. Put a teaspoon of oil and leave it rest for 5-6 minutes.
11. Make small or medium dough balls.
12. Put dry flour on the board.
13. Take a dough ball and roll it slowly with the help of rolling pin.
14. Heat the Tawa on high flame and then reduce the flame from medium to low.
15. Place the bread (thepla)on tawa.
16. Change the side after 5-6 seconds.
17. Now add Ghee on the other side and cook it until lightly brown.
18. In this way, change its side again and coat it with the ghee on that side as well.
19. When the bread is well cooked, remove it to a plate and serve with your favorite dip, sauce and pickle.
