Mango Salsa is popular in various regions . In Mexico, it's often served as a topping grilled fish, or chicken.
Mango Salsa is served with seafood dishes or with chips as a refreshing appetizer.
You can eat it with wafers, corn chips or any other bread or rice.
There are many recipes of making Mango Salsa but here I will share my unique and special recipe with you.
Follow all the steps.
Ingredients
1. 2 normal size Mango
2. Half cup Tomato
3. 1/2 cup Capsicum
4. 1/2 cup Red Capsicum
5. 1/2 cup Onion
6. 1 table spoon Green Coriander
7. 1 table spoon Green Chilies
8. 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes
9. 1/4 teaspoon Pink Salt or as per taste
10. 2 table spoon Lime Juice
Recipe
1. Peel off the mangos and cut into small cubes,
2. Now add them into a bowl.
3. Finely chop the tomato and add into it.
4. Also finely chop the capsicum and add into the bowl.
5. Finely chop the Capsicum and add to it.
6. Take onion and finely chop it, also add it into the bowl.
7. Chop green chilies and coriander and add to it.
8. Now add lemon juice and mix all the ingredients very well.
Keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes before use, it will enhance the taste of Mango Salsa.
