Green Coconut Sauce is very popular in Southeast Asia and the Caribbean, and used with the dishes like sea0food, vegetables, fast food and grilled meat.
Green Coconut Sauce will liven up your dinning table because Coconut Sauce can also be eaten with the daily meals.
There are many recipes of Coconut Sauce but here I will share my unique and special recipe that will enhance the taste of your Sauce.
Follow all the steps.
Ingredients
1. 1 cup Crushed Coconut
2. 1 cup Water
3. 1/2 cup Green Coriander
4. 1/2 cup Mint
5. 1 table spoon Lemon juice
6. 5-6 Garlic Cloves
7. 3-4 Green Chilies
8. 1 table spoon Cumin Seed
9. 1 teaspoon Salt
10. 2 Bay Leaf
11. 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seed
12. 2 table spoon Cooking Oil
Recipe
1. Take a juicer jug and add water into it.
2. Then add crushed coconut or we can also use fresh coconut.
3. Add Green Coriander and Mint into the jug.
4. Now add Green Chilies, cumin seed, 1 bay leaf, salt, mustard seed, lemon juice and Garlic cloves into it.
5. Run the juicer and grind it well.
6. Now take a pan and add oil into it.
7. Turn on the flame and heat the oil or ghee.
8. Take a bay leaf and cut it into small pieces.
9. Add it into the oil and slightly roast it.
10. Now add the mixture which you have grinded well.
11. Cook for 40-50 seconds on medium flame. Do not over cook it, just a little cooking will give it a great flavor.
12. If you want a liquid sauce, you can cook it by adding a little water.
13. Now take it out in a bowl and eat with any of your favorite dish. Very tasty Coconut Sauce is ready to eat.
