Garlic Sauce is commonly used as a dip for bread, meats, vegetables and it also can be used as a flavoring agent in dishes like pasta, fries and shawarma.
There are many recipes of Garlic Sauce but here I will share my unique and special recipe with you.
Follow all the steps.
Ingredients
1. 10 Garlic Cloves
2. A pinch of Salt
3. 2 Eggs
4. 250 ml Cooking Oil
5. 1 teaspoon Mustard Powder
6. Few drops of White Vinegar
Recipe
1. First, finely chop the Garlic.
2. Now add these chopped Garlic to the juicer jug and add a pinch of salt into it.
3. We will use only egg whites not yolk in this, because adding yolk increases the risk of spoiling the sauce.
4. Add egg white into the jug.
5. One thing to keep in mind that the egg white should be chilled cold.
6.Now run the juicer machine for one minute.
7. Cooking oil should also be chilled cold.
8. Pour the cooking oil into a tipped jug.
9. Now take off the small cover on the top of juicer jug.
10. Turn on the juicer machine.
11. Add the oil very slowly in the juicer without turning off the machine.
12. When the sound of the machine starts to change, it means that the sauce is getting thick.
13. Continue to add cooking oil.
14. If the machine stops then remove the large cover and take any wooden or silicone spoon and stir it gently in the sauce. Care should be taken not to touch the juicer fan with your spoon.
15. Now add the rest of the remaining oil as well and do not switch off the machine.
16. Keep stirring the spoon until all the oil is added and do not turn off the machine because if you turn off the machine once, then the sauce will not be prepared well.
17. Now take it out in a clean and dry bowl.
18. The Sauce is of white color and if you want to bring it in yellow color then take one teaspoon of Mustard powder in a bowl and add some drops of vinegar into it.
19. Mix well and add it into the sauce.
20. Very tasty and fluffy yellow Sauce is ready, enjoy with any of your favorite dish.
Precautions
👉 Take special care that the juicer you use is absolutely clean and free of even a single drop of water.
👉Similarly, whatever utensil you use should be completely clean and free of water.
👉Because if there is even a small drop of water, the chances of the sauce spoiling quickly are very high.
