Paneer Paratha is a popular Pakistani as well as Indian Flatbread. Which is made by wheat flour with some other ingredients and spices.
Paneer Paratha can be eaten with yogurt, pickle, butter and even with any of your favorite Dip.
There are many recipes of Paneer Paratha but here I will share my unique and special recipe with you.
Ingredients For Stuffing
1. 2 cup Grated Paneer
2. 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
3. 1 teaspoon Aamchur
4. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
5. 1 table spoon Grated Ginger
6. 2-3 finely chopped Green chilies
7. 2 tablespoon finely Chopped Coriander
8. 1 teaspoon Salt
Ingredients For Dough
1. 2 Cup Wheat Flour
2. 1 teaspoon Salt
3. 1/2 teaspoon Ajwain
4. 1/2 teaspoon Oil
5. Lukewarm Water 1/2 cup
Knead The Dough
1. Add Flour and all ingredients to a bowl.
2. After that add water little by little and knead the dough well.
3. When dough become soft, let it rest for 20 minutes.
Recipe
3. Make small sized dough balls.
4. Make a small Patty of each ball.
5. Place some stuffing material on the top of this patty and again make it a dough ball.
6. Slowly make it bigger with the help of your hands.
7. Then gently roll it further with the help of a rolling pin.
8. Press the edges of paratha with the help of rolling pin without pressing too much in the middle
9. Heat tawa on medium flame.
10. If one side of the bread gets lightly roasted, changes the side.
11. After roasting both sides lightly, add oil or ghee and roast it further.
12. Place the Paratha on a plate and serve with butter.
