Palak Paratha is a popular Pakistani as well as Indian Flatbread. Which is made by wheat flour, Palak and with some other ingredients and spices.
Palak Paratha is rich in Nutrition.
Palak Paratha can be eaten with yogurt, pickle, butter and even with any of your favorite Sauce.
There are many recipes of Palak Paratha but here I will share my unique and special recipe with you.
Ingredients
1. 500 gram wheat Flour
2. A bunch of chopped Palak (Spinach)
3. 3-4 finely chopped Green Chilies
4. 1 Small size finely chopped Onion
5. 1/2 teaspoon Salt
6. 3 table spoon Besan
7. 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
8. 1/2 teaspoon Red chili Powder
9. 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
10. 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
11. Cooking oil as required
12. Water as required
Recipe
1. Take a bowl and add wheat flour into it.
2. Add Palak, besan, salt, red chilies, green chilies, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and onion to it.
3. Mix them well.
4. Make the water slightly semi-warm in winter. In summer use normal water.
5. Add water little by little and knead the dough well.
6. Knead the dough well for 3-4 minutes.
7. Apply a little oil on both sides of the dough and rest for 30 minutes.
8. Cover the dough to rest.
9. Make medium size dough balls.
10. Dust them with flour and keep in a plate.
11. Now roll the dough ball slowly with the help of rolling pin.
12. Heat the Tawa on medium flame.
13. Lightly brown the Paratha on both sides.
14. When both sides turn light brown, add oil or ghee and fry until golden brown.
15. Paratha is ready, serve with your favorite sauce, dip or pickle.
