Methi Paratha

Methi Paratha is a popular Pakistani as well as Indian Flatbread. Which is made by wheat flour, methi and with some other ingredients and spices. 



Methi Paratha can be eaten with yogurt, pickle, butter and even with any of your favorite Dip.

There are many recipes of Meth Paratha but here I will share my unique and special recipe with you. 


Ingredients

1. 2 cup Wheat Flour 


2. 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder


3. 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder


4. 1/2 teaspoon Ajwain


5. 1 teaspoon Garam Masala


6. 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste




7. 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste


8. 1 table spoon yogurt


9. 2 table spoon finely chopped Green Chilies


10. A bunch of Methi Leaves


11. 1 table spoon Salt


12. 2 teaspoon oil


Recipe

1. Take a bowl and add wheat flour into it.

 

2. Now add cumin powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, salt, green chilies, garam masala, ginger and garlic paste, chat masala, chopped methi leaves and 2 teaspoon of oil.



3. Mix them well.


4. Take some water and knead the dough by mixing water little by little.


5. when the dough is well kneaded, add 2 drops of oil and rest it for 30 minutes.

 

6. After 30 minutes make some medium sized dough balls. 



7. Roll these balls well and make medium sized bread(roti).


8. Lightly brown the bread on both sides.



9.  When both sides turn lightly brown, then add Ghee and fry them golden brown.



10. After that take it out in a plate and serve with yogurt or pickle.
