Ajwain Paratha is a popular Pakistani as well as Indian Flatbread.
This is a very simple and delicious Paratha. Which is made of only two things.
Ajwain Paratha is also beneficial for digestion.
There are many recipes of Ajwain Paratha but here I will share my unique and wonderful recipe, after trying this you will become master in making Ajwain Paratha.
Dough Kneading
1. 2 cup Wheat Flour
2. 1 table spoon Salt
3. 1 table spoon Ajwain (Celery)
4. 2-3 Finely chopped Green Chilies
5. 2-3 table spoon Green Coriander
6. 1 teaspoon Ghee/Oil
Recipe
1. Take a bowl and add wheat flour to it.
2. Add Salt, green chilies, coriander, ajwain (celery) to it.
3. Mix them well.
4. Add Ghee or Oil to it.
5. Again mix it well so that the oil get mixed into all these ingredients.
6. Now add water little by little and knead it well.
7. After kneading for 4-5 minutes, apply a little oil on both sides of the dough.
8. Rest the dough for 6-7 minutes.
9. Make medium size dough balls.
10. First we will put dry flour on the rolling board.
11. Now place the dough ball on the board and lightly press with the help of hands.
12. And now with the help of a rolling pin, we will roll it out.
13. Roll out all the bread in this way.
14. Heat tha tawa on medium to high flame.
15. when tha tawa become hot, reduce the flame from medium to low.
16. Now put the bread on tawa on change the side after 30-40 seconds.
17. After 20-25 seconds pour ghee over it.
18. Roll the bread slowly on tawa, so that the Paratha gets cooked well.
19. When it turns light brown change its side, and again lightly cook the first side too.
20. Must take care that the Paratha does not turn dark brown. otherwise it will spoil the taste and give burnt taste.
21. The delicious Paratha is ready, take out in a plate and serve with your favorite dip, sauce or pickle.
