Fried Chicken Recipe

Fried Chicken is a delicious combination of Crispy coating and Juicy meat. Although it is popular in many countries and parts of Asia but it is particularly popular in United States.

 Where it is considered as almost everyone's favorite dish. 

Fried chicken is also popular in many restaurants and street vendors of Pakistan. They all Serving their own and different version of it.

I will share my unique recipe with you. 

Follow all steps and wrap up a lot of compliments. 

Ingredients

1. 1kg Chicken

 

2. 2 table spoon Lemon Juice


3. 1 table spoon Chili Sauce


4. 1 table spoon Soya Sauce


5. 2  table spoon Tomato Ketchup




6. 2  table spoon of Tikka Masala


7. 1  table spoon of Red Chili Powder


8. 1/2 kg All Flour (maida)


9. 1/2 kg oil/Ghee For Frying


10. 2  table spoon Salt


11. 1/2  table spoon Black Pepper


12. 2 table spoon White Vinegar 


13. Sesame seeds 2  table spoon


142 Glass of normal Water

Marinate Chicken 

Make small cuts on chicken pieces with the help of knife or fork. Put the chicken and all spices in a bowl and mix them well. 

Then cover it and let it marinate for minimum one hour



Recipe

 1. Take flour in a bowl and add salt and black pepper to it.


2. mix them well.


3. Pick up one piece of chicken and coat it with the Flour.


4.  After coating the flour, dip this chicken piece in water and take it out. 


5. Similarly, first coat all the pieces with flour and then dip them into water and keep in a separate plate.


6. Add white Sesame seeds in flour and mix well.


7. Now all the chicken pieces have to be coated one by one again in the flour. 


8. Heat Ghee on high flame.


9. When the Ghee is well heated, reduce the flame completely.


10. Now add Chicken pieces one by one in the Ghee and let them cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame.



11. When the color of the chicken become light golden, change its sides.


12. After that let it cook for another  14-15 minutes. (You can adjust the cooking timings less or more according to your region because where the air pressure is high, dishes cook faster and where the pressure is low, it takes more time to cook)

 

13. Keep changing sides



Crispy, juicy and delicious Fried Chicken is ready, serve with ketchup or your  favorite dip.
