Aloo Samosa Recipe -

Samosa is a very common and favorite snack all over Pakistan as well as India. Today I will share with you very crispy, tasty and delicious samosa recipe. I hope you will get benefit from the recipe I will share And you will miss me while eating hot samosas

Ingredients

1. Potato 3kg


2. One large size Onion


3. 1/2 kg oil or ghee


4. Two tablespoons of ground coriander


5. Garlic ginger paste 3 table spoon


6. Four table spoons of dry fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)


7. Chopped Green chilies 8-9


8. Green coriander 1 /2 Cup


9. Mint 1/4 Cup


10. Two tablespoons of celery seeds


11. Salt 2 table spoon


12. Chili flakes 4 table spoon


13. Two tablespoons of pomegranate seeds


14. Turmeric 2 table spoon


15. A tablespoon of ground cumin


16. White Flour 2 kg

 Take three kilos of potato and boil them well, while boiling add 2 table spoon of salt, this makes the taste of potato double, after removing the peal, mash the potato.


How to prepare samosa filling


1. First of all, keep a pan on low heat and add onion to it, when it becomes light golden.

2. Add ginger garlic paste, ground coriander, dry fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi),
Chopped Green chilies, Green coriander, Mint, celery, Salt.


3. Then also add Chili flakes, pomegranate seed, turmeric, ground cumin, cumin seed.


4. Add little water to roast the spices and then roast the spices for another two to three minutes.


5. Remove from the heat and add the mashed potato.


6. Then add green coriander chilies and mint and mix well.


Dough Making


1.Take two kilos of flour and use one half kg ghee in it, do not use oil, then add 1 table spoon celery to it.


2. Add 2 table spoon of salt and mix well.


3. After adding salt, beat it well with the help of hands, because if you do it with hands, it will mix better.


4. Then add water little by little and knead the dough.


5. After that put a wet cloth over it and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.


6. After that roll the dough into rectangular shape and then apply a light oil and place them upside down and cut them in the middle.


7. Then shape the samosa and start filling.


                      


8. Use one packet of ghee and one packet of oil for frying. Adding ghee will make the samosas crispy and the oil will retain its shine.


9. After 2 minutes reduce the heat to low.


10. After 5 to 6 minutes, when it turns light brown, remove it and enjoy delicious samosas with chutney.
