Karachi Nali Biryani Recipe

A favorite dish of people living in and outside Karachi is "Nali Biryani"
The recipe is made from Bone Marrow and special spices.


But do not worry I am going to teach you step by step, Lets start:


Ingredients For Boiling Rice


1. 1 kg  Rice                                           


2. 1 table spoon White ground cumin          


3table spoon Salt                                          


41/5  table spoon Cooking Oil                           


Recipe Of Boiling Rice

(Soak  rice half an hour before)

1. Take a large pot of water to  boil.


2Then add white cumin, cooking oil and salt to it.


3Leave it to boil.


Note
Boil the rice till 60%


Ingredients Of Biryani

11 kg Meat                                    


24-5 pieces Bone Marrow                   


3. 1-2  table spoon Ginger Garlic paste    

     

4 2-3 pieces star anise

                         

5. 1/4  table spoon Turmeric  

                        

6.  2 pieces Bay leaf   

                         

7.2-3 pieces Cinnamon

                         

84 pieces Green Cardamom 

          

9. 8 pieces Cloves  

                             

10.1/2  table spoon Ground black pepper   

 

111/2  table spoon Red chili powder 

          

12. 2 table spoon Dried Coriander

         

13. 150 gram Yogurt 

                           

14.50 gram Fats (optional)  

              

15. 500 ml Water                               

           

Recipe Of Nali Biryani     

1. First put the meat in a pressure cooker and add bone marrows or nali and fats.


2. Add ginger garlic paste, star anise, bay leaf and cinnamon.


3. Add turmeric, cloves, red chili powder, salt and ground black pepper.


4. Now add Green cardamom,  dried coriander and  to it.


5. Add Water.


6. Then let it cook on high flame for 2 minutes.


7. After that cook it on medium to low flame for 18 minutes.


8. When the meat is cooked, fry all the ingredients well.


9. Add yogurt, green coriander and mint in it.


10. And then put one and four teaspoons of yellow food color in it.


11When it is roasted well, then add rice to it.


12. Now cook for 20 minutes on very low flame.



13your favorite nali biryani ready

Serve with salad and enjoy.
