Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani is a tasteful dish from Hyderabad, India. It is made by Chicken with the blend of spices.
When you eat it, you get a mix of tender chicken and rice bursting with spicy, aromatic goodness.

Hyderabadi Biryani is also known as Dum Biryani. Today i will share my unique and special recipe. I hope my recipe will like a flavor explosion in your mouth.
Lets start
Ingredients To Boil The Rice
1. Rice 1 kg
2. Water 5 liter
3. Cinnamon 1 piece
4. Cloves 5-6
5. Green Cardamom 5-6
6. Ground black pepper 1/2 tea spoon
7. Salt 5 table spoon
8. Lemon juice 2 table spoon
Ingredients For Biryani
1. Biryani masala 1 table spoon
2. Chicken 1 and 1/2 kg
3. Oil 2 Cup
4. Onion 1 large size
5. yogurt 2 cup
6. Dried Coriander powder 1 table spoon
7. Cumin Powder 1 table spoon
8. Garam masal 1 table spoon
9. Red chilli powder 1 table spoon
10. Salt 1 table spoon
11. Turmeric Half table spoon
12. Chopped green chillies 5-6 pieces
13. Lemon juice 2 table spoon
14. Milk Half Cup
15. Saffron A pinch
16. Green Coriander 1.5 table spoon
17. Mint 1 table spoon
18. Ghee 2 spoons
Recipe Of Boiling Rice
1. Take six liters of water in a large pot
2. Add Rice, Salt, Cloves, Green coriander, Ground black pepper, Cinnamon, cooking oil, and 2 table spoon lemon juice to it.
3. And keep it to boil for 60 %

👉First, pour two cups of oil in a pot and fry the onion in it, When the onion turns light brown in color, remove it from the stove.
Then take out this onion and put it in a plate
How to Marinate Chicken
1. Take a bowl and add chicken to it.
2. Add yogurt, coriander, cumin powder and garam masala.
3. Now add salt, turmeric powder and lemon juice.
4. Add half of the fried onion and one cup of oil in which the onion was fried.
5. Add a pinch of saffron in a half cup of milk and mix well.
6. Then leave this material for 4-5 hours. If kept for whole night, it will be much better.

Recipe
1. Now add the rice inside the marinated chicken. You can layer the rice and mix like that if you want.
2. Sprinkle Green coriander, mint and the remaining onion.
3. Add yellow food color and one cup of water.
4. Add 2 table spoon of ghee.
5. After that cover it with aluminum sheet or any wet cloth.
6. Heat it on high flame for 5 minutes.
7. Take an old tawa and preheat it on high flame.
8. cook on low flame for 40 minutes.
9. After 40 minutes, dish out and serve with your choice of sauce or salad.
