Ingredients


1. 7-8 Soft Dates (whos peal does not come off)


2. Four Bananas


3. Milk  1/2 kg


4. Sugar 2 table spoons



5.Whipping Sweet Cream 2 table spoons


6. A hand full of Almond, pistachio and walnuts roughly chopped


7. Almond or Peanut butter 2 table spoons


8. Ice Cubes (as needed)




Recipe

1. First remove the kernels from the date.

2. Take a juicer jug ​​of one and a half liters and put 8 dates in it.

3. Then cut four bananas and add half a kilo of cold milk and two table spoons of sugar in the juicer.

4. Add two table spoons of whipping sweet cream 2 table spoons of almond butter



5. Now cover the jug of the juicer and run the juicer for 2-3 minutes.

6. Add ice as required after grinding.

7. After adding ice, grind again for one minute.

8. After that, pour into a serving glass and top with chopped pistachios, almonds and walnuts.
