Coconut Milk Pulao

Very tasty and creamy dish. This recipe is a little different from regular rice because it uses coconut milk instead of water. 

I hope most of you have only heard the name but haven't tested it yet. I am going to rock your taste buds with my unique recipe.

 I will teach everything step by step. And I hope that no one will stop praising you. Lets start. 



Ingredients

1. 3 table spoon of Ghee


2. 1.5 Cup of Rice


3. 1 table spoon Salt


4. 1/2 table spoon of Black pepper


5. 3-4 Green Chilies


6. 1/2 table spoon of cumin seed


7. 5-6 Bay leave


8. 7-8 cashew nuts


9. One medium size Carrot


10. 1/2 cup Peas


11. 1/2 cup Crushed Coconut 


12.  3 cup of Water


13. 1/2 cup Coconut Milk


Recipe

1. Put ghee in a pan and keep it on heat.


2. When oil is hot, add onions, cumin seed, carrot, bay leaf, cashew nuts and carrot to it.


3. Add crushed coconut, black pepper and salt to it.



4. When it mixed well, add the rice, salt , peas, water and coconut milk to it.


5. Cook 2 minutes on high flame then keep cooking for 5 minuets on low flame.


6. Sprinkle Green Coriander and roasted cashew on it and serve with your favorite chutney.
