Chicken Seekh Kababs Recipe

Ingredients

1. Half a kilo of chicken mince


2. One Medium Size Onion


3. Ginger Gaelic paste 1 table spoon


4. Fennel ½ table spoon


5. Salt 1 table spoon


6. Red chili powder 1 table spoon


7. Green Chilies 1/2 table spoon


8. Ghee 1 table spoon


9. Baking Soda 1/4 teaspoon


10. Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon


11. Dry coriander powder 1 teaspoon


12. Cumin powder half teaspoon


13. Garam masala powder half teaspoon


14. Green Coriander 1 tablespoon


Recipe

1. Finely chop the onion and drain its water completely.


2. After that, add garlic, ginger, chilies, fennel and minced meat to the chopper and chop for another 3 minutes.


3. After that add a spoon of ghee to it. Ghee is used to make it juicy.


4. Add cumin, red chilies, salt, turmeric, green coriander and onion and chop for 1 minute.


5. Take all this material in a bowl and leave it in the fridge for two hours.


6. After that, take two to three sticks and make a shape by putting the meat on it.


7. Add a little oil in a pan and fry it on medium to low flame.


8. Remove the sticks on a light color and fry for 4 minutes with the sticks and 4 minutes without the sticks.
