Chicken Biryani Recipe

Chicken Biryani, the Combination Of Rice and Chicken. I think there can be no better combination than this. 

The mouth watering, delicious and super Yummy dish. It's made with marinated chicken pieces and basmati rice with the blend of spices.

    




Rice are loved by all Asia but Biryani is very popular in Pakistan and india. Today I am going to share such a wonderful recipe that you will amazed everyone. I will guide you step by step. So Lets start 👇


Ingredients To Boil The Rice

Cooking oil                         2 table spoon

Ground Black pepper        1/2 tea spoon

Star Anise                          2 piece  

Cinnamon                         1 piece

Bay Leaf                            2 pieces

Cloves                               3-4 pieces

Green Cardamom             2 pieces

Black Cardamom              2 pieces

Salt                                   2  table spoon

Basmati Rice                     1 kg




Soak the rice half an hour before.

Ingredients For Chicken

Onion                                  2 large size

Chicken                              1 and 1/2 kg

Ginger Garlic paste            3  table spoon

Biryani Masala                    5 table spoon

Cumin Powder                   1 teaspoon

Salt                                     1 teaspoon

Chlli Flakes                        1 teaspoon

Yogurt                                 1 cup

Tomato                              400 gram

Green Chilies                     7-8 

Dried Plum                         3-4

Water                                 Half cup


    



Recipe Of Boiling Rice For Biryani

1. Put the water in a large pot on the stove to boil then add 2 table spoon of oil, Ground black pepper, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, cloves, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Salt and Rice. 

 


Leave all these things to boil. For biryani, rice is boiled 95 percent. After 95% of boiling remove Rice from the stove and drain. 

Recipe Of Chicken For Biryani

1. Pour oil in a large pan and heat it slightly then add onion to it.


2When the onion turns slightly brown, reduce the heat to medium.


3. Add two table spoon of water to it, it will not spoil the color of the Onion.


4. Add Chicken to it.


5. Now add Ginger Garlic paste, Biryani masala, Cumin powder,  Salt, Chili flakes, Yogurt and Green chilies.


6. Now roast all these things on medium flame for four to five minutes.


7. when masala leaves oil, then add tomato and half cup of water.


8. After that, cover and leave the chicken to tenderize on low flame for 10 minutes. 


9. Dry the water on high flame.


10. Add mint and Green Coriander.


11. Layer the rice and qorma step by step .


12. Biryani is ready to serve with your favorite salad and chutney.
